FAQThe questions everyone asks
Straight answers about pricing, the ride, venues, weather and safety.
Booking & pricing
What’s included in the price?
Every booking includes a professional operator, delivery, setup and teardown, pre-event route planning and liability insurance. Pricing depends on your date, hours and location.
How far ahead should we book?
Summer weekends and December book 2–4 months out. Corporate and festival dates often book earlier. Check availability as soon as you have a date.
How do deposits work?
A deposit holds your date. The balance is due before the event, and we accept cards, e-transfer and purchase orders for organizations.
The ride
Does someone operate the train?
Yes. A trained, professional operator runs every ride. You never manage the equipment.
Is it just for kids?
Not at all. Adults ride too, which is exactly why it works: families, coworkers and grandparents share the same moment.
How many people can ride?
Our train seats up to 18 riders per loop and typically carries 150–180 riders an hour with continuous boarding.
Venue & weather
Will it fit at our venue?
Most venues work: grass, pavement, gym floors and packed gravel. Send a photo and we’ll confirm before you book.
Can it run indoors?
Yes. Malls, arenas, gyms and halls with standard double doors are all great options.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine. For heavy rain or high winds, we make a go/no-go call with you early and reschedule if needed.
Safety & insurance
Are you insured?
Yes. Commercial general liability insurance is included on every booking, and certificates are available for venues on request.
How safe is the ride?
The train runs at walking speed with seat belts, a trained operator and a safety briefing before the first ride.
Venue fit
Will it work at your venue?
Almost always. The train needs no rails, no power and no setup on your side. Here’s the quick checklist.
